keeps calling twice a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon. i don't answer strange numbers and thought if it were something important they'd leave a voicemail, but they still haven't after ringing and being sent to voice mail 4 times. I once tried calling them back to which I was et with an automated message that sounded like "we will get one of our agents to speak to you shortly" or something similar. the last time they rang me i picked up the phone and they knew my name so i just blocked the number
