Call from a Shakira at MIC/MLC. Multiple calls, asking to speak with multiple people regarding our energy contract, each time would not state full reason for the call, evasive when questioned.

Latest call asked to speak with accounts payable about a bill, then called back asking to speak with an employee no longer with the company, then asked to speak with procurement.

Asked her to email, was again evasive.

Wanted to sell us electricity and needed to tell us about the rate changes. Shakira was pleasant and I asked her not to call our sales line again as it is for customers.
