Asked if I was in the work force and under 60, apparently that qualified me for a government incentive? Asked her what my name was, obviously she had no idea so hung up.

Think this is a scam. Claim to be from company called Chase Edwards offering financial advice. Several questions are asked to see if you qualify for rebates and then they offer to send someone out.
