Caller: EFTEL/DODO

It is actually a legitimate call- if you are an EFTEL/AANET customer for your phone/Internet. Vocus Group who own EFTEL (and also Dodo) are stopping the telco service provision through EFTEL by Dec 09, 2019, so a switch to another provider is needed. It is likely a call to assist with this.

It is Dodo. They were following up on an email I sent. It's legit.

I got a call from a lady she said she was from Dodo that my internet usage has been used by someone else did anyone else get that that call

asking me to clarify I don't want to continue with NBN Knew my name. I said I didnt want NBN, she said to hold whilst she transferred me to customer services to clarify with them I didnt want NBN. Weird.

Wouldn’t let me call dodo back, wouldn’t let me hang up until I gave her my bank details, kept pushing to keep me on phone even after multiple times telling her my lunch break had finished

This number has been calling me on and off for quite a while. They're quite relentless and never leave a voicemail. I phoned back and can confirm it's Dodo. I blocked the number.

If Telstra has your details they sell them to these marketers.

Claims to be from dodo. Said the NBN was now available in our area (which is true) but the call seemed like a scam - when I said I’d call back later as I was busy she really pushed for me to stay on the line. She called back later and I said I would call dodo and she again was pushy saying “no please wait for our call as I’m the best person to speak to” yeah I don’t think so! Red flag!

No idea who it is. They call about 5 times a day, never leave a message, and somehow keep calling even though I've blocked them on my phone.

Rang back and automated answer for DODO asking what I want there was not a number to press to say "leave me alone"
BLOCKED !

This number called 6 times over 2 days at all hours, answered once. A girl spoke and just yelled the name Khia can't wait to see you tomorrow girl!! And then laughed.

Called me 15 times in two days all at different times of the days I also received no ID calls as well I’m assuming from the same scam. Received countless voice messages from an Indian voiced male and female some in English others not

Call daily. i'm on do not call list.....why bother???

Claims to be DODO to steal your information. Constantly calls at all hours.

Calls me - claims to be from DODO and then asks me to verify my details and tell him who I am - Don't think so
