Potential spam

Spam, the same solar panel people that seem to call from a new phone number every week. They do not understand the concept that a renter does not have the landlord permission to put solar panels on the roof.

Picked up accidentally expecting another call. Could barely understand anything he said. Caught something about solar panels, said I was not interested and hung up.
