Caller: vendor that apparently looks after internet

called and advised that optus was down and that they run the branch. spoke with an indian accent male and responded to my replies so i dont think its AI or autogenerated. But he was speaking alot of random stuff about phone companies im not with and optus would call direct if that was the case. He never said my name on maam

Also mentioned $700 in gift cards had been purchased using my paypal. Hung and he rang back on a different number this time a Brisbane number. I asked why, he hung up.

Felt like scam. It was a guy saying my PayPal was used for a transaction in US. As soon as I said this feels like a scam he hung up
