Called pretending to be credit card company verifying a '$600 ebay charge' on my account. When I got suspicious I asked who my back was that issued the card and they couldn't say, then they slipped up and called it a visa card when they started the conversation about a master card.

Rang landline - all calls from Sydney area are automatically blocked. Didn't leave a message - when rung back, mobile warns as potential fraud. Number didn't answer. Reported to Do Not Call Register.

I received a call from this number. When I answered and said my name the caller hung up.
