Called me about a Telstra account in my name, despite me not being with Telstra. Knew my full name and email address which was a bit creepy. They wanted to see if I wanted to be removed from their list

Caller asked if I was Mr XX in English then proceeded to switch to speaking in Mandarin for the entire chat, he claimed I used a service via Vodafone (extremely unclear regarding what service I was using when I asked about it). Tried to confirm a number that I know nothing about. When I said I don't know what he was talking about, he asked me why someone else would use my information. He proceeded to hang up when I asked him to provide me information regarding my full name, not before talking in a tone that I found to be unprofessional. Scam most likely.
