Missed call. No message left. I have now blocked the number.

Hung up immediately when I picked up

I said 'hello' and heard dead air. After a few seconds a male caller gets on the line and says 'hello?'. I'd already said 'hello' so said nothing more. He said 'hello' again, paused for several seconds then hung up.
