As usual, no message left so I tried the number and got this message, "Due to temporary service difficulties we are unable to connect your call at this time. Please call again later."

It’s a scam charity call, they hand out your number to other charities who may not even be legit. This number is used in a series of other numbers where they change the last two digits. Don’t answer, delete, block, report spam.
