Obvious Bot caller. Silence until the second "hello" and then straight into the spiel. I answered ThankYou to her first question of "I hope you're well" and her response was "Good, glad to hear it." DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PAYMENT DETAILS TO THESE CALLERS OVER THE PHONE.
