Caller: said was calling from Optus Very strong Indian accent, was hard to understand. Said was calling from Optus, i told him i don't have Optus account. When challenged he said my information is in their system "Let me check the system" then he hung up. Definitely a scam!

Pretending to be from Optus - tried to hack into my Hotmail account (thankfully I have 2FA). Hung up as soon as challenged. DO NOT ANSWER
