Caller: apparently NBN

The young man with an accent sounded as though he was reading from a script, and there was an interesting pause before he started speaking. I let him do his spiel as while he was talking to me he was leaving someone else alone. He explained how there was a spike in my landline and NBN/Internet for which he was providing a free checkup blah blah blah. When he paused for breath I asked him how he was going to fix the landline I don't have, and the NBN we're not on. It was disappointing when he hung up, I was enjoying keeping him from calling someone else!
