Constantly ringing and when I answer they hang up, very annoying for a business to receive constant hang up phone calls!!

google wanting to speak about my google ads account. Not 100% it was infact google as the call quailty was poor and their accent was very strong. Would not tell me why they wanted to speak to the account manager. Was suspect so i hung up.
