Immediately cut the call after receiving. Hi

When I answered there was silence then it hung up. Similar to another number I had blocked on my phone (02) 9119 4968 - both I now believe are from a fundraising company on behalf of (or at least they say they are) the RFS. I have asked we be removed from their list every time we get to speak with a human, but they do not listen.

I've had several calls from this number. They say nothing and hang up after a couple of seconds. Call back scam???

Call hang up as soon as I picked up the call on my mobile. Reminded me of the call scam we experienced on our landline that has an automated number calling system and hangs up when you answer the call if no operators are available to connect to. These were constant calls and the reason we stopped using our landline.

It appeared on my device as "potential fraud number" so I refused to answer it, and immediately blocked the number.

Left a voice message saying they are from rural fire service
