I called back number (02) 9119 4960 spoke to a guy who said company name is Super Advice Australia.

Just had a call from this number, I don't answer calls I don't know & wait & see if there is a message - no message means scammer!

Caller: Said it was from royal fire service

My phone flagged as spam and I listened to the voice message.
He started speaking to my message bank like he was actually speaking to me like he had no idea he was leaving a voice message. I don't even have one of those funny messages before the tone.

Caller: Claimed his name was Michael, I think, from Rural Fire Service NSW.

Usual opening “How are you etc.”. Said they were raising money to help volunteers by providing various things, which he listed. Would I help by purchasing raffle tickets due to be drawn in May? First prize was $25,000 Cash!!! That sounded a bit rich! No thanks! He sounded very disappointed.
I wish I’d asked him where he’d got my number from and where he was ringing from.

I let the call go because the number itself showed on my mobile as "Potential Fraud".
I rang them back, a recorded message from an Australian male voice said it was a NSW Rural Fire Service fundraising raffle. Definitely a scam.

When I picked up, the other party hung up. I think that party was testing if my number is still active. I am wary about unsolicited calls and reject any call about offers, discounts, especially asking for donations because it means you will give your bank details. I tell them I will call the company directly if I need services of any kind. I blocked this number.

Called twice in a row.
Smart caller system on my ohone identified it might be "scam or fraud" so I did not answer.

I receive a call DAILY! They leave no message. I have no option but to just ignore it.

Fake RFSA call, I’m a representative for the RFSA and we don’t have any current raffles nor do we ring ransoms for money

Received a call saying they were from the Rural Fire Service, I told them I was busy and the lady said "Cheerio" and told me she would call back laater

Scammer Alert! Man calls saying they are collecting money for the fire-fighters raffle. And you can get double the tickets, but only if you pay by phone right now. Asks for your credit card details, but not the 3 dogit security code

Called my mobile 5.24pm yesterday. I answered and said hello and they hung up. Definitely dodgy
