This shonky company should be closed down... they were the same mob who appeared at the Royal Commission investigated for targeting vulnerable people to sell insurance who either couldn't afford it or weren't eligible. I recently completed an Optus Customer survey online, but now realise the email may not have really been genuine from Optus ??? Even though I am registered on the DO NOT CALL list they said they were responding to a recent online survey I completed.

This is the company who appeared at the Banking Royal Commission for selling insurance to people who couldn't afford it. When I said I was on the "do not call" list, he said I gave my details on a recent online survey. It's better to answer their call and tell them NOT to call again, otherwise they continue to call you everyday until you answer.

This is happening far too frequently 5 calls today two from this one 3 from another one time wasters

I finally answered and asked them to take me off their call list after missing about 8 calls. The guy I spoke to was very polite and I haven’t heard from them since.

Calling me on a daily basis. I returned the call to receive a voice message advising me the company was Freedom Insurance and unfortunately at that time were unavailable to take my call but if I was interested in any of their products to call back on a 1300 number they had quoted to speak with a representative. I've since blocked the number.

Rang me everyday in this week. So annoying

Missed call message still comes up even after the number has been blocked. I'm, Also on the no call register, so obviously spam.

Rang twice within hours and didn't leave a message both times

Now ringing at the same time each day. I've blocked the number but they keep trying so obviously automated dialing.
