Keeps calling & hangs up the moment I pick up after 2 calls didn't answer but they kept calling 8 times

Ignored an old adage of not returning unknown calls (await voicemail they said), phoned (02) 9119 2584 anyway and got hung up on. Blocked the bugger afterwards.
