This company is Cotel. This guy - David - never pays his bills or apparently his workers. I had to call him at 4:30 am to get him to answer the phone after owing me money for over a month. Still only got half the money he owed me!! I talked to one of the Cotel workers - an Asian guy - says he has not been paid in 2 months for his work. Beware!!
