same here - there are varients of this number that have been ringing around the same time each night.
when call back, it says "your call cannot be connected".

I just saw I had an incoming call from 9112 9631, Googled it, saw Jus's item above, let it go to the answering machine and sure enough... no-one on the line... no message.
