They will not leave a message and have hung up when I answered.

Ring but do not leave a message. I rang back once but got a recorded message that I had been rung to enlist my help with the foundation. They don't even have a real person to talk to

very persistent and annoying

Call then hang up when I answer.

Am getting sick and tired of these calls.

Unfortunately official complaints do not get action. I hate these people too but I have paid extra to get number readouts on my phone and I know when not to answer. There are so many of them now, these people have nothing better to do than annoy. I believe some of the charities sub contract the annoying phone calls out, basically they are fed up with people telling them to get lost.

They hang up as soon as I answer which is rude and annoying. If I get more calls like that I'm lodging an official complaint.
