I said hello but it took a moment to connect and then I could hear a crowded room-eg a call centre . Eventually a lady said hello twice. I said hello again but she hung up. I called the number back but it didn’t connect.

Didn't answer as number not in my contacts. Called back using #31#, definitely a scam, think it was spoofed number.
