Phone rang (and it came with a 'Suspected Spam' warning from my provider). Bit it hung up very, very quickly only after about 4 seconds, before I had any time to actually reach and pick up the phone. So I get the feeling that it is a bot, just out 'fishing' exercise, to identify and log active numbers for later targeting.
