He called me ma'am, so clearly no idea of my name. He said it was regarding my internet connection. I hung up at this time. Definitely sounded like an overseas call centre.

I didn’t answer and it diverted to voice message.
Sounds like a scammer targeting people with Asian surnames.
Voicemail message just starts off with an automated recording of a female voice with American accent
“You need to update your information”
Tells me to do it online.
“Press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese”
Then has an automated recording in Mandarin in a female message, which I don’t understand.
Hung up and blocked this number.

Got this miss call and called back. It’s a disconnect Optus number. Weird and blocked

They hung up when I used my Google screening service. If it was a real call they would have waited.

He just coughed. Repeatedly. Then hung up. Lots of background noise.

Just received a call from (02) 9099 6500, they said hello and then hung up, I guessing that its a scam call just wanting to check if the phone number is active, l am expecting more scam calls over the next week - great!!!

Unknown caller. Number supposedly from Sydney NSW. Did not leave message. Beware!

Screened call on Pixel and they hung up.

Said they were "from Telstra" - scammy
