Scammer using the old solar panel lurk

Just hung up on me when I answered.

Rang this number back immediately and got recorded message saying the number is not connected. Definitely a scam.

Claim they are from Ausgrid offering $4000 rebate for solar panels and got my number from home owner data base.
The funny thing is I've never owned a home..

Don't answer, block.... Spam call.

Really hard to understand the indian accent on the phone, bad connection and when I stopped to think how they could possibly know what area I live in he quite rudely kept repeating "give me a time tomorrow so we can assess your home"

also answered and got the "goodbye" message, then hang up. Had a good laugh

When I answered someone said "Goodbye" and the call was disconnected......

This number rings me at least once a week. I have blocked it but it continues to annoy me. I answer and it disconnects. I ring back and a recorded message tells me to check the number. How do I stop this nuisance?
