Caller: Telemarketer

Indian call center staff - told me he was calling from Energy Australia, but then asked me what my bill amount was, and wanted to upgrade me to some discounted rate. Then admitted he was calling from 'a sales channel' when I questioned how he wouldnt know what my bills were, if he was calling from Energy Australia. Its either a scam, or some competitor using completely untrained sales people. He hung up the phone

Indian Telemarketer who tries to insinuate that he's affiliated with Energy Australia but is actually an energy broker. Won't take no for an answer and has called every single day this week to argue with me. I have to hang up every time because he refuses to take my number out of his database. I can't wait to speak to him again tomorrow!
