i have found that by using a foreign language on my answer machine they just hang up. if they are a genuine caller they will leave a message for you.

I'm INUNDATED with sales calls. Cant get rid of these pests no matter how much I ask them not to call.

Be careful they pretend to be Get wines direct and also call way outside legal times to call. WA recieved a call at 9.30pm my time????

Just wines phone and hang up after two rings knowing that most people will ring back. You ring back to a recorded marketing message. This is underhanded marketing and could be taken a nuisance calling. I was an existing customer but will not deal again with a company who employes such tactics. My message to Matthew Rice is you should take lessons in customer relations before you embark on future telemarketing ventures. Take me off your call register.

I checked out the number here on Reverse Australia and realised it is Just Wines who have been calling me - a company I have purchased from before. They are reliable, helpful and have loads of interesting wines at good prices. I have now added them to my Contacts. They haven't nuisance called me (so far) and I am happy to have an occasional phone call from this company.

i bought a cheap "in line" blocker off ebay for landlines as my phone only supported 20 numbers, the new addition holds up to 1000 numbers!

If any promotion I rather than get email instead of a man who talked about something I barely hear clearly

I will never purchase from Just Wines again because of continual phone calls, fed up with you people

A pathetic company that tries to get its customers to foot the bill for the phone call when they are trying to flog their wines. They only let the phone once or twice then hangup expecting the customer to ring back. No decent companies would use this form of marketing.

Block the Just Wines number (02) 9098 5776, there idea of allowing only 1 or 2 rings then they hangup is pathetic in the extreme, expecting their former customer to ring back. Certainly a company not worthy of dealing with.

Have tried to get removed from Just Wines calls for two years and they still call! The use several numbers. I lost all my blocked numbers recently so now have to go through sorting the nuisance calls all over again.

Despite asking to be removed from their database, they keep ringing.

They are real and they are just trying to offer some good deals, which to be honest are actually pretty good

I am sick of them calling,I will NEVER buy anything from them because in spite of me telling them never to call me again they continue phoning me.What a pain!!

I am an online customer, very happy to remain that way. I make all my contact with Just Wine via email and website, I do not wish to receive phone calls. How do I go about communicating this?

This company is JustWine, have only bought from them once (15 months ago)and keep calling me at 12.37 every day for the last 2 weeks!!
