Same….scam unable to call back. I get calls from numbers which start with 02 9098 all the time, always the same thing

Caller: Scam

2 calls received on a Saturday morning, both from 02 9098 prefix numbers. They ring once and a voice message appears immediately saying it’s a call from the police about an ongoing case and asking me to call and hit the 1 button. I have had 4 of these calls over 12 months and answered the first one only. That conversation was all about creating a sense of urgency (guy with an English accent) as apparently my details were found in some records the police had found. I told the guy to send me his full name, rank, police area from which he was calling and that I’d call him back via the appropriate switchboard. He didn’t want to give any details, obviously! Anyway, ignore the call and block the number. Don’t engage.

Caller: someone was asking can u speak chinese

a man saying can you speak chinese ， I cannot speak English.
