Caller: They said mortgage compare

When I told the woman I wasn't interested and to not call again she told me in a very rude tone "How could I know I wasn't interested in something I knew nothing about"
Just rude rude rude

sounded like call centre butt dialled me. 1 end of conversation .

yep i got called today from this number for some mortgage offers - I don't believe her and happy with my current bank.

Caller: Mortgage choice

Knew all my details. Spoke to me as if a friend was calling. Said ‘hey your mortgage isn’t doing so well’. I don’t have a mortgage.

I have a increased suspicion about iSelect that they might have given away my number to these scammers

Called me regarding lowering my home mortgage 20/06/2018. Some company has sold our numbers to this organisation. I asked the caller from where did he get my number from. He said their marketing department provided the numbers. I said "If you don't tell me how did you get my number I'm not happy to continue", and he hanged up.

Called an unlisted number, number not recognised, good on messagebank etc, bloody pests, wish they'd all piss off!

mentioned about mortage although i didnot ever give anything info to them

I just missed a call from this number, but if they ring again I will block them.

Caller: Pesky Supposed Telemarketers

This number was the first call i got from these people, They claimed that i had spoken with someone about my mortgage. (Which i don't have)
I told them "NO! I did not speak to anyone about that."
They apologised and hung up.
Then a day later they called on a different number ((02) 9095 6913). This time about electricity

Woman who called me was very insistent that I needed to tell her my current rate, I said that I didn't require their services and that I didn't want her to call me again, she kept asking me 'why?' and I refused to give her any information and repeated that I wanted to be removed from this call list. I get a call every day from this number as well as 9095 6913 - infuriating.

missed call in messages even though this number is meant to blocked from calls and messsages

Mortgage scammers.

Scammers! The absolute pests asked about my mortgage, when I said I lived in a rental property she asked if I was ever going to buy a house. Gotten at least 5 calls from them since using Compare the Market.
