Guy called started a scripted bullsh*t story about my internet having issues. I sarcastically asked him if he just wanted my account details to steal all of my money and he then said “what are your bank account numbers?”
What an idiot.

Caller: Scammer Called identifying as Telstra technical support wanting to upgrade our broadband to NBN for 'free'. Couldn't provide our account number or account details due to potential 'scammers'. Told me to go check the fibre connection on the street for our speed. Challenged the caller to provide our street address to confirm he's calling about the right place and was hung up on.
