they ring you when you pick up they hang up straight away i called them back and they say thanks for returning the call i am caling to tell you the govorment is giveing 4000$ for solar pannels

My concern is they rang my mobile number, did not know my name, but knew my residential address.

Caller: Scammers in a call centre

They hung up as soon as I answered - definitely a scam - then i blocked my called ID and rang back - went straight to an offshore call center - super dodgey - one of them said they worked for power ID. Big scam

They hung up as soon as I picked up - i have had a spate of these calls recently from similar numbers - so many scammers out there
