I am absolutely FED UP with these calls and the telephone companies allowing these to happen. There has got to be a way that you cannot use the number unless you own it, that's what we pay for isn't it? Ownership of the number and line connected to it???? Otherwise what are we paying for except being exploited by these bloody scammers. FIX THE GODDAM ISSUE so it doesn't keep happening!!!!

Number is managed by iPrimus as the carrier. Call iPrimus and report via the "Sales" option. 131-789. They dont care about spam/scams.. so, make them care.

Hung up when answered

Caller: suggested they were from Telstra

said they had complaints from clients with slow internet over last few days regardless of our provider as all internet comes under Telstra and they were calling to fix the error. Clearly a scam, When I told him there was no issue from my end he asked, "Are you saying I am lying?" He then hung up.

Called twice and hung up. I haven’t given my number out to anyone so getting a phone call is a bit suspect.

Another scam caller. Hung up and then received a call within 60secs from 0499 448 219...eBay scam. I think that the landline call checked if my phone number was active and then used the more expensive mobile call.

Two calls this morning, both silent when answering, then they hung up...I am fedup with receiving either no answer or someone from Telstra saying I have a problem. I do have a problem...them!

do not have any fiends whose phone number starts with area code 02 so must be a scam
