Robot voice asking to report credit card fraud by pressing your key on your phone ("select option 1" she said....) bloody scams...

Indicated they were from the VISA/Mastercard fraud department to talk about some unauthorised charges on my credit card. Not sure if they know VISA & Mastercard are separate companies. Just another scam spoof call from India & happy to waste their time if it means it prevents them from trying to find another victim.

Started with recording weird robot message then suddenly, transferred to someone who speaking in Chinese with calling from DHL, asking to pick up an important parcel and it’s the last call from the DHL company……

Automated messages saying I have 2 unauthorised purchases from eBay and a digital gift card on my “credit card”. I don’t own a credit card…. Scammer. Blocked.

It said that 2 amounts had gone on my credit card and to press 2 to deny...I know its stupid but i pressed 2

Sounded like a robocall in Chinese with female voice. I hung up.

Claimed to be "Visa security services" with details of suspicious transactions on my Visa card. Seems like a lot of scams coming from this number.

called for 2 rings, then hung up before I answered. Said it was from Sydney

Left voicemail - prerecorded voice saying something about suspicious gift card transaction of $1300 to allow or not press option 1 or 2 etc. Has to be scam.

Telstra marked it as a scam robocall and it was removed to spam folder and reported so Telstra is actually taking notice

I answered and the automated message said the call was about 2 transactions on my Visa this morning - I don't have a Visa!

Robot voice - claiming there are 2 transactions on my Visa card. Press 1 or 2 to reply. Definitely a scam.

Caller: Robo call scam re credit card

Robo call regarding two unauthorised transactions on credit card - then directs to press 1 etc etc. Total scam. Australian authorities should track them down and prosecute.
