got a voicemail in chinese when i didnt answer

It rang for a while and then my voicemail activated.They didn't leave a message.When I called the number back it has an engaged tone constantly.

Caller: Scammers I reckon

I didn't answer it and no message was left.

Told me they were from Telstra and there was a problem with my internet.
I asked them how they got my number and that I’m not the person who’s named on the account. They hung up straight away.

Scam call from someone claiming to be from Telstra.
As soon as I replied "I'm betting you're not" he hung up.

Rang one day claiming to be Telstra. Scam. Rang same time next day no one there on the other end.
