Caller: Claimed to be from the Commonwealth Bank

Claimed that an account had been set up in my name at the CBA and that a charge of $2000+ would be debited from my actual bank account if I didn’t cancel the transaction through them.
Unfortunately for them I work in banking and what he implied could happen is impossible. When I said that, he got agitated and said I had no idea what I was talking about.
I hung up and blocked the number.

Says she is from Telstra and people have been hacking my internet. As soon as I ask a question, she hangs up.

Someone from the same number just tried to call me. I ignored the call

Called and said they were from nbn saying ppl are trying to hack my internet.. then wanted to know personal details. I said I don’t have time I’ll call nbn back and she just hung up!

Definately a "you have had an accident" scam call...
