Received a call from (02) 9071 0284 on 22/7/24
Did not answer - based the other callers this is obviously a scam call.

Indian woman called saying she was from Amazon and needed my address to send an iphone I ordered "yesterday last night". I told her I did NOT order an iphone and she kept going saying I didn't know I ordered it. I couldn't understand 70% of what she said and it was pushy and so I hung up. Within 1 minute she called back from 0420 705 015 and harrassed me for hanging up. After 5 seconds, I hung up again.

Scam, Women with strong Indian accent called and said she was from EBay and told me someone was trying to issue a $500 dollar gift card from my account to an address in California. She said, you live in Australia right? I said yes, she said do you want to authorize this transaction, I said no. She said that I needed to log into my EBay account while she was on the phone and she would help me make my account secure hahaha
I pretended that I was following her instructions then I said that I think I should call my bank, she said, your bank cannot help you and only she can solve this issue, when I insisted that I would call the bank she hung up.

Came up on my phone as potential spam. No message was left.

Indian lady claimed to be my bank security said there was a pending $800 transfer to America . I’ve blocked all overseas transactions so knew she was a scammer .

The caller said with strong Indian accent he’s calling fr Telstra to offer 50% off of Telstra fee to their loyal customer. I asked him to prove he is not skammer, then he told me to prepare to write down what he was going to say. Absolutely commanding attitude!!!!

Claimed there was a pending payment of $1300 on visa debit card. Press 1 to dispute 2 to approve. Scam scam scam

Got a phone call from this number said they are from Telstra exchange doing nbn upgrade but couldn’t provide me any of my details, told me phone call was being recorded and gave me some random address when I said not me they swore and hung up…

The lady said she is from Telstra Security Department and my device is sending them error message. I said I work with Telstra. and hung up the call

Claiming to be Telstra technical department today

Claimed they were calling from Amazon saying that they will be taking $99.00 from my bank account. Do NOT answer SCAM and do not speak to a "representative".

Claimed to be from NBN. All the noise in the back ground is a dead give away.

Tried calling number back and doesn’t even dial ???
