Caller: Software company cold call

Ignored the fact I am on the do not call list. Got their company name And now putting in a report to the TIO. Cold calling spam company trying to seek website SEO services. Get abusive and angry when you inform them they are in breach of Aust telecommunications law by cold calling you. Number blocked and company reported.

It came up as suspected spam, debt collector.
I answered they hung up?

Caller: Allegedly Amazon

A guy called me allegedly from Amazon. I laughed and told him that I did not think he was calling from Amazon. Then he sounded to be offended and demanded an explanation.
This is priceless; an emotionally sensitive scammer. :)

Caller: fake call centre

Pretended to be Telstra, hung up when I asked for an explanation as to why they would call me in the exact manner that Telstra specifically advised me was most likely the method employed by scammers.

Rang twice. No message. Assumed to be spam.

Caller: scam

An indian accented woman claimed she was from CBA bank and said there's a suspicious transaction on my bank account. I asked her which account she was referred to then she hung up. Blocked the number then

Amazon scammer, I knew he was scammer from beginning so I wasted 30 mins of his time, they will try to gain access to your device by asking to download application, if your are seeing this message after the call, please immediately report your bank

Caller: Stating they were Telstra

Stated they were from Telstra and offering 40% discount. Rang two times. Hung up when I stated that it was a scam

They hug up and didn’t leave a message , from previous comments I can see they’ve started again ….will report spam & delete

Random number called. No message left, and the area code is in a different state to mine. It’s likely it’s a spam caller as this is my 3rd today.

Caller: they said they were from EBAY

Very suspicious made up story about something re EBAY - very noisy call centre. I hung up after a minute and they didn't call back

‭1300 786 266‬ number took me to ‭(02) 9071 0861‬. No need to answer, he was Indian & polite. Asked him to remove me off their list. Probably his job is collecting enquiries & forwarding on possible sales

Caller: Sam

After answering an Indian man whose name was Sam claimed to be calling from NBN. He then asked how my internet was performing and I replied, "It's great!" I then asked which NBN company he was from, he ended the call.

Caller: Courier company

A courier company said I had a parcel not being to collect but I didn’t do any online ordering.

Caller: Not Amazon

Automated message saying my Amazon Prime is due for renewal and I will be changed $90 if I don't take action. Press 1 to renew and 2 to cancel. I don't have Amazon Prime so I am assuming it is a scam. This was the second call for the day, the first came from a different mobile number.

Caller: Scam Caller

As per a lot of the previous comments, definitely a scam call. Stated he was from Telstra and I advised I was unwell and couldn't talk, he said he would call tomorrow (today is Friday). I queried whether he would be working tomorrow as it's Saturday and he got a bit flustered.

Caller: SCAM CALLER

This time they were pretending that they were from Telstra and I had an issue with my internet connection.

Caller: Amazon

Claiming someone used my Amazon account to purchase an iPhone. I don’t have an account, switched to someone hacked my IP address.
