Caller: A SCAMMER from “Visa & Mastercard security department”

I didn’t know Visa & Mastercard had merged! Lol. A guy asked me if I had made a transaction on my VISA or Mastercard. As soon as I asked what was the cardholders name, he hung up.
Poor Scammer. The very loud fake call centre background noise was amusing.

Got a call on the Easter Monday public holiday from (02) 9071 0255 and the female claimed to be from Amazon Prime and she wanted to know if I am enjoying my free subscription. Knowing it was a scammer as I don’t have Amazon Prime I decided to play along because the longer I keep these people on the phone I’m preventing them from scamming someone vulnerable.

Scam, asked to install an app to reverse my bank transactions

Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra

Tried to get me to download an app; apparently my internet connection was being hijacked for 'illegal purposes'. Scaaaam.

A recorded message stating I owe eBay $299 and if I want to speak to an operator press 9. Pathetic!
