Got a call on my mobile at 11.39am...didn't hear it ring, so rang back and it went straight to an engaged sound. I have called it ' scammer' so I know for next time.

Caller: (Claimed to be from) NBN Caller claimed to be from NBN & was calling because they had noticed fluctuations on my internet & also to upgrade me from copper to optic fibre. (I am already on optic fibre but I didn't say.) The male caller said it was a free service & asked me what were the colour of the lights on my modem. I quickly said green & he hung up. Perhaps I answered too quickly. DEFINATELY a SCAMMER. By other comments the callers seem to alternate between Amazon and NBN.

Received a call about an amazon prime account being renewed for $99.99, which will be charged to a credit card today. i did not respond except when i initially answered and responded with my normal greeting, as the call was to the office phone. instructed to dial 1 if i wished to opt out. voice sounded automated and call ended automatically because i did not dial 1 or didn't say anything else.
