Caller: an Indian woman

It was a scam about a visa charge from my account. This was on my business land line. I get sick of them so I just play their game for a while, but I never enter any data on my lap top I just go along with them. They always get to the part where they ask , now what do you see on the screen and it does not matter if it is a male or female on the other end ( they are filthy scammers) So my answer is normally, with a shocked expression I see a picture of you having sex with a dog ....... click no more calls for a while.

Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra about my internet

Claimed that they were from Telstra about my internet. When I said I was not with Telstra they said that they help other internet providers because they don’t have internet safety services and it was Telstra’s responsibility. I hung up

Caller: Indian man named Michael

Advised my gmail account had been compromised and that they are working with Australian Cybersecurity as someone else called Nicola was using my email and creating several accounts for illegal activities in the US. Wanted me to check my Location settings and put him on loud speaker. When i asked if he could send me an email with instructions as my workplace didnt allow me to access my personal account. He hung up.

Caller: Indian woman

Claimed to be from NBN and issues had been noticed on my ISP suggesting attempts to hack my computer. Let her ramble on from her script, before asking if she could tell me the name of my service provider. Provided incorrect name, after which I gave her some abuse and she hung up. Number now blocked.

Caller: Indian female claiming to be from Ebay

Began with a recorded message from Ebay advising that my airpods are being dispatched but if I would like to cancel the order, press 1, which I did as it is my work number and I was curious as to who was calling. An Indian woman then gave me details of who ordered the airpods and advised me that if I wanted to cancel the order I would have to give details of the device I accessed the internet from and if I didn't do that I would be charged for the airpods. Haha

Caller: Indian female - Claimed to be from NBN

Claimed there was unusual internet traffic from my IP address (ironically insinuating that I've been hacked). Hung up straight away after I asked for their authorisation.
BEWARE!!

Foreign accent. Started to talk about solar panels. Said I wasn't interested, he wanted to keep talking and I hung up.
It is interesting to read other posts with callers from Telstra, Visa, Amazon, etc. from the same number.
