I answered, no voice on the other end and I assumed it was a dodgy caller.

Claiming to be from the Visa Mastercard fraud department. Amount of $1600

Female with foreign accent and lots of background noise, claimed to be from telstra. Hanged up when I asked for her to produce some ID numbers. Scam.

Caller: Robot Caller claiming to be from Pay Pal.

Called and claimed to be from Pay Pal. Wanted me to press 1 to speak to someone regarding my supposed $700 withdrawal. Blocked this Number.

Caller: Male with and Indian accent

Guy called, Indian accent. I said hello "###### (my name) speaking"; immediately he said, 'this is a call to let you know there has been a fraudulent transaction made with your ANZ account". I said I don't have an ANZ account. He asked if this was... and said "my full name", (first and last name) and that I was with Commonwealth Bank (which I am). I said I'm busy, can I have a number to call someone back on... He asked why I needed a number? He would deal with it. He would not take no for an answer and kept asking why I needed a number to call back on... he also got more and more frustrated and angry at me as well. He eventually hung up.

They said they are from PayPal and I am granted a gift card of $490. I answered that I know they are scammers and they hung up.
Blocked them.

Screened with Android call screen service. Hung Up before the First sentence ended. Clearly dodgy.

Scam: recorded message saying My Amazon account would be cancelled and to press ‘1’ to stop cancellation.

100% spam, foreign accent - advised calling from debit mastercard department and advised international transactions on my debit card, when asked which card they hung up. Not a very intelligent scam but s scam none the less so worth noting.

Caller: Call dropped as I picked up

Called me on a Saturday at 2:30pm and just as I answered the call they terminated. Decided not to call them back once I googled number and saw these scam complaints.
