My dad answered the call and the guy said hello hello then asked "hey sir do you speak english"? Spam call. Block them!

Caller: Recorded message Automated female voice purporting to be from Amazon, telling me that they were about to take an automatic deduction from my (non-existent) account unless I pressed buttons 1 or 2.
