Caller: I called back as I had missed the call.

I rang back after a missed call. I spoke to a female who launched into a sales pitch for "Orion Advisory Services". I told her I wasn't interested. She was polite. We ended the call. I have no idea whether it was a Scam Call. At the least, it was an unwanted cold call.
