I called back, elevator music, then a woman with a thick Indian accent answered. She said “yes we were calling you about your refund, can you tell me what platform you are using?”. Umm...shouldnt they know this, if this was the case? I don't have any outstanding refund cases open, with any ‘platform’ Another scammer call.
