Called me by my first name. Said he was calling about a smart meter and should have received a letter- told him I did not. Arguments followed as I was not agreeing with him. At the end he said ‘ it’s either our way or the highway’’

Caller: Visa security

As soon as l answered hello, they hanged up..it say visa fraud department someone transacted my visa for $1300, and some other charge ...very hard to hear the message...

Calling in relation to cheaper power rates , didn't speak clear English - kept calling me ma and then pretended they were cutting in and out these phone calls are frustrating I wish they would stop
