Called the number back after receiving a call from this number two days in a row. There was a message saying that "your number could not completed at this time. Please hang up and try again later..."

Had a voicemail comprising the end of a 'your call is important to us' message and a very foreign sounding voice saying my name badly. If not a scam, highly unprofessional (No I have not called that number). Could be Origin Energy? Could be a scam.

Caller: Solar power company Claimed to have info on me from the government about solar take up. When I said I don’t make purchases from telemarketing calls the girl pulled the race card on me.
