Caller: Something Telecom Strong Chinese accent (I know because I'm Chinese ethnically). They knew my name. After confirming my identity, they started speaking in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese since I was raised here in Australia, so I ask them to repeat themself. They then asked if I could speak Chinese, to which I answered no. They then hung up.
If it was a legit service, why would they hang up just because I can't speak Chinese?
