Caller: Aqsa

Hi, I received a call from the someone named aqsa stating that they are from utility warehouse and can provide 30% discount on my electricity bill. Read earlier comments from someone that once you send the bill, they pay the bill also using the card and once u confirm, the bill is paid. However, game starts when they reverse the payment on their card and you get calls from your utility companies that bill is unpaid and all etc etc.... Must be a scam

Calls but won't leave message. I will not answer calls from unknown numbers. If it is important enough would expect a message to be left surely?
