The same scam company rang hung up I called back and greeted with unfortunately because of covid-19 our phones are down I can relate to the first comment, have a good day everyone

Unsolicited, nuisance scammers

Caller: Scammer

Pretended to be from Amazon advising a renewal will be charged. Try to get you to press 1 to stop the charge.
Didn't press 1 so I dont know exactly. But I imagine they will grab your details and do their thing.

They are a scam. Asked me if I wanted to have my internet security upgraded so my nbn wasn’t disconnected and I said first of all can I have my nbn connected. As soon as I mentioned it was obviously a scam they hung up on me.

Didn't answer it but more than likely it is from the scammers called 500 Investments who like to say they offer financial services but actually just want you to send them your money. They have been calling me relentlessly from numbers all over Australia. I am in Perth. I am now keeping a log of all the numbers they are using.
