Doesn’t leave message

A man called on a Sunday claiming to be reaching out from the Australian government to gather views on attitudes toward women. He spoke over the top of me, wouldn't let me opt out and was very rude. If this was a legitimate call from the government I am not sure who approved this comms strategy and instructed him that it was okay to talk to people this way. I have blocked the number.
